Reds sign Bernadina to minor league deal

Cincinnati, OH (SportsNetwork.com) - The Cincinnati Reds have signed outfielder Roger Bernadina to a minor league contract with an invitation to spring training, according to MLB.com.

Bernadina split time between the Nationals and Phillies last season, hitting .181 with four homers and 11 RBI in 112 combined games.

In 495 career games with the Nationals (2008-2013) and Phillies (2013), Bernadina has hit .239 with 27 homers and 112 RBI.
