Bobcats hope Walker will be ready for Warriors road game

— The Charlotte Bobcats hope to get back point guard Kemba Walker for Tuesday's road game against the Golden State Warriors.

Walker, who has missed the last seven games with a sprained left ankle, practiced Monday at a San Francisco health club. The Bobcats hoped to get Walker back last week, but he felt considerable soreness in his ankle at shootaround before the Los Angeles Lakers game.

The Bobcats have gone 4-3 since Walker's injury, but they need to be at full strength at point guard Tuesday against former Davidson star Stephen Curry.
