What to Watch on Monday: Callie returns to ‘The Fosters’

The Fosters (9pm, ABC Family) - Painful memories haunt Callie and she reevaluates her life when she visits the Fosters’ home for a family gathering. Meanwhile, Jesus gets close to a female teammate, and new developments in the shooting case worry Mike.

Almost Human (8pm, Fox) - The deaths of two genetically enhanced children appear to be connected to a designer drug. Also, Kennex visits a specialist in recollection after experiencing painful flashbacks.

Westminster Kennel Club Dog Show (8pm, CNBC) - Opening night coverage of the 138th annual Westminster Kennel Club Dog Show, featuring the hound, toy, non-sporting and herding groups.

2014 Winter Olympics (8pm, NBC) - NBC’s primetime coverage continues. Tonight: a medal in women’s super-combined Alpine skiing, and finals in men’s freestyle skiing (moguls) and men’s short track. NBC will continue their winter sport coverage through Feb. 23 on NBC, NBC-Sports, USA, MSNBC and CNBC. Questioning Darwin (9pm, HBO) - A look at creationist theory includes an examination of naturalist Charles Darwin’s findings and theory of natural selection, and how they affected his religious views in the 19th century.

Lost Girl (10pm, Syfy) - Bo continues her quest for answers and ends up with her friends at a Dark Fae party with a guest list that’s kind of scary.
