“Getting Real: The Smarter, Faster, Easier Way to Build a Successful Web Application,” by Jason Fried, Heinemeier David Hansson and Matthew Linderman, 37signals, 194 pages, $25: Getting Real details the business, design, programming and marketing principles of its publisher 37signals, and offers insights and unconventional approaches to software design.
