NC Governor warns of winter storm's dangers

Speaking to reporters Wednesday morning, Feb. 12, 2014, two hours before the winter storm moved into Raleigh, Gov. Pat McCrory urged North Carolinians to stay off the roads tonight if they can. He said he would not attend the UNC-Duke men's basketball game in Chapel Hill, but he did not offer an opinion about whether the game should be canceled.
