What to Watch on Monday: A promising new drama from CW

Star-Crossed (8pm, CW) - The pilot of a new drama about the romance between a human teen and an alien, who reunite ten years after his spacecraft landed in her small town. In the first episode, the pair navigate deep distrust between their races and tense relations as aliens enroll in a suburban high school.

2014 Winter Olympics (8pm, NBC) - NBC's primetime coverage continues. Tonight: finals in ice dancing and men's snowboard cross. Also, men's freestyle skiing (aerials) and men's ski jumping (large hill). NBC will continue their winter sport coverage through Feb. 23 on NBC, NBC-Sports, USA, MSNBC and CNBC. Bitten (8pm, Syfy) - Elena returns to Toronto, but her human life with Philip is interrupted when Santos arrives with a way out of the Pack.

The Following (9pm, Fox) - Ryan and Max are drawn into a game of cat-and-mouse after apprehending a suspect. Elsewhere, Joe formulates a new plan, and Emma begins to understand the danger she has put herself in through the company she's keeping.

Intelligence (10pm, CBS) - Cassidy is under possible threat when renowned artificial intelligence scientists are being targeted and killed by microscopic robots.
