Victim of shooting outside Raleigh bar dies; two suspects identified

The victim of a shooting on Tuesday night outside a South Saunders Street bar has died, and police have identified two of the three suspects in the attack.

Dudley Lamar Kee, 29, and James Keith Nelson, 23, now face murder charges, police said late Friday in a news release. Police have not identified the third suspect and provided only a general description. They said she is a dark-skinned black woman in her 30s, about 5-foot-5 and 150 pounds. All three suspects remain at large.

Marcus Rashad Owens, 26, was shot multiple times just before midnight Tuesday near Skyline Bar and Billiards after an argument, and several people fled the scene, police said. Images of the suspects were recorded on surveillance video. Owens was taken to WakeMed in Raleigh, where he died late Thursday night.
