The Asheville Bed and Breakfast Association is offering an enticing deal for next month’s Fire on the Rock events.

Fire on the Rock is part of a statewide cooking competition where two chefs compete to create the best three-course meal using a secret ingredient. The diners and a panel of judges help pick the winners and who moves to regional and then a final statewide competition.

The Fire on the Rock dinners are March 10-11, 17-18, 24-25 at the Lioncrest at the Biltmore Estate.

If you book a room for one night at one of the 17 participating inns, you also get two tickets to a Fire on the Rock dinner, two wine glasses from the N.C. Wine and Grape Council, a sample bottle of Cackalacky Sauce, free dessert for two at Ambrozia, free dessert for two at The King James Public House, a coupon for 10 percent off lunch or dinner at Seasons Restaurant, a coupon for $10 off a $25 purchase (alcohol not included) at LAB (Lexington Avenue Brewery), one complimentary chef’s choice appetizer with the purchase of a bottle of wine at Strada Italiano and a coupon to buy two signature drinks and get your choice of one complimentary tapas at The Social Lounge.
