After spending several years in Cameron Village, Scout & Mollys boutique returns to North Hills with a grand opening celebration from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Saturday.
Owner Lisa Kornstein says she enjoyed her time in Cameron Village, but decided it made more sense for the business to move back to its roots in North Hills.
I built my brand in North Hills, and even though Cameron Village is a fantastic shopping center, for me, this was a lesson in the old adage, The grass isnt always greener on the other side, she says. North Hills was a great place for Scout & Mollys, and the itch to try something new isnt always the best thing for a business.
The grand opening celebration will feature a Sylvia Benson jewelry trunk show, a DJ playing from 5 to 9 p.m., plus a gift with purchase.
The North Hills location will have new hours 10 a.m.-9 p.m., Monday-Saturday and noon-5 p.m. Sunday. For more information, call 919-754-8430 or visit scoutandmollys.com.
