Man faces heroin distribution charge in Raleigh

— Brian Keith Harmon, 29, of 2700 Stewart Drive was due in court Thursday to face a charge of possessing 136 doses of heroin and maintaining a townhouse elsewhere to keep and distribute drugs.

Police arrested Harmon on Wednesday morning at the townhouse at 7716 Sandra Lane, according to an arrest report.

An arrest warrant accuses him of one count of possession of heroin with intent to manufacture, sell or distribute it and one county of maintaining a dwelling place for it.

According to the charges, Harmon had 2.6 grams of heroin, which detectives said comprised 136 single doses.

Harmon was being held in lieu of $30,000 pending his court appearance.
