Raleigh convicted felon accused of having, firing gun

— A Raleigh man is accused of possessing a firearm as a felon.

Todd Nathaniel Moore, 34, is accused of firing the gun, a Ruger Mark II .22 caliber hand gun, inside of city limits on Friday, an arrest warrant states. He also is accused of concealing the gun, a warrant states.

Moore previously was convicted of having a stolen vehicle, an arrest warrant states, meaning it is a felony for him to have a firearm in his possession.

Moore, of 2240 Lockwood Folly Lane, was being held Friday at the Wake County Detention Center in lieu of $45,000 bail.

He is described in an arrest report as a plumber’s helper.
