Raleigh police charge man with kidnap, assault

Raleigh police on Saturday accused a man of kidnapping a woman to terrorize her and hold her in “involuntary servitude.”

In addition to the felony kidnapping charge, police accused Dominic Quinn White, 36, of two counts of assault on a female and misdemeanor larceny. Police said White punched and kicked the alleged kidnap victim and another woman, and also took the alleged kidnap victim’s license plate.

Bail was set at $60,000 secured bond, and White was ordered to not have contact with the two women.
