Durham patriotic apparel company Ranger Up has gone from selling T-shirts in an apartment to building a brand that caters to and capitalizes on a niche market. The company has nearly 266,000 Facebook fans and is on target to bring in more than $5.5 million in revenue in 2014. President Nick Palmisciano talks about communicating with customers, strategies for growth and the controversial marketing of his company.
