Garner police seek help finding suspect in woman's stabbing

From staff reportsMarch 5, 2014

— Police said Tuesday that they were asking the public for leads to help them find 38-year-old Perry Michael Wilson, whom they have charged with stabbing his ex-girlfriend Monday night.

Wilson, Lt. Chris Clayton said, went to see Denique Kearney at a house at 1404 Faye Drive, which police said violated a domestic protection order Kearney had.

Kearney was stabbed, and police have charged Wilson with assault with a deadly weapon inflicting serious injury, Clayton said.

He was last seen near the Forest Hill Shopping Center, and police said he has lived in Raleigh and unincorporated Wake County.

Police asked that anyone knows where Wilson might be call them at 919-772-8810 or call 911 to reach their local law enforcement agency.

Kearney was taken to WakeMed Hospital in Raleigh, where she was listed in fair condition Tuesday.
