Grey’s Anatomy (9pm, ABC) - Oh dear, this could be the end of “Grey’s Anatomy.” A non-fraternization policy is issued to hospital staff in the wake of a complaint, leading couples to worry about their relationships. What is this show without fraternizing!?! Meanwhile, Emma and Owen discuss the future, and Richard asks the residents to research an atypical cancer case.

Reign (9pm, CW) - Mary must decide whether to marry Bash or Francis, who returns accompanied by Lola. Meanwhile, Mary’s mother visits and pushes her own agenda, and her mere presence in the castle troubles both Henry and Catherine.

Scandal (10pm, ABC) - Feelings of jealousy emerge in Fitz, who must confront a hard truth at a presidential event. Elsewhere, Darkside Quinn tries to impress B613, and Leo arranges for Insane Sally to meet with an old friend.

Elementary (10pm, CBS) - A man suspected of murdering his wife years ago receives a ransom demand for her safe return. Meanwhile, Lestrade overstays his welcome with Holmes and seems unwilling to leave.

Parenthood (10pm, NBC) - Kristina begins a new adventure after a checkup to see if she remains cancer-free.Also, Amber persuades Drew to leave his past behind while Julia struggles to move on without Joel.
