— Police say they are looking for two men who were involved in a series of daytime burglaries in North Durham.

have charged four people, including two juveniles, for a series of daytime burglaries in North Durham.

Investigators are looking for Brandon Rich, 18, of Manteo Street and Kevin Morgan, 23, of Drew Street, both in Durham “for numerous” charges involving a series of burglaries in the Duke Park neighborhood between January and February, said police spokeswoman Kammie Michael.

Police think Rich and Morgan, along with two 15-year-olds, are responsible for nine burglaries at homes on Knox Circle, East Seeman Street, Greenleaf Street, Hargrove Street, Clark Street, Northwood Circle and Glendale Avenue, Michael said. The 15 year olds are being charged as juveniles, and police have not released their names.

The burglaries all occurred on weekdays during the day.

Investigators say the homes were entered through a back door or window. Electronics and jewelry were among the items taken, Michael said, and some of those items have been recovered.

Police ask anyone with information on the whereabouts of Rich or Morgan to call 919-560-4582, ext. 29248, or CrimeStoppers at 919-683-1200. CrimeStoppers pays cash rewards for information leading to arrests in felony cases, and callers never have to identify themselves.
