Harrison Pointe shopping center in Cary sells for $22.7 million

A Cincinnati real estate company has acquired the Harrison Pointe Station shopping center in Cary for $22.7 million, according to property records.

Phillips Edison & Co. acquired the 124,000-square-foot property from Houston-based Weingarten Nostat.

The center, at the intersection of N. Harrison Ave. and Maynard Road, is anchored by a Harris Teeter and a Staples.
