Michael Lee

Michael Walter Lee of Durham has attained the rank of Eagle Scout, the highest achievement in Boy Scouting.

For his Eagle project, Michael built a podium and announcement stand for the Triangle Girls on the Run, an organization that pairs running with lessons about independent thinking, problem solving, healthy decision-making and more. The stand was used at the group’s spring race last year and will be used in future events as well.

Michael, the son of Mark and Jodie Lee, is a sophomore at Jordan High School and a member of Troop 486 at Christus Victor Lutheran Church of Durham.
