Puig out of lineup for Dodgers' home opener

Los Angeles, CA (SportsNetwork.com) - Los Angeles Dodgers outfielder Yasiel Puig was scratched from the lineup for Friday's home opener against San Francisco.

Puig, last year's NL Rookie of the Year runner-up, reportedly arrived late to the stadium. He was replaced in the starting lineup by Matt Kemp, who was activated off the disabled list Friday.

Dodgers manager Don Mattingly said he would address the situation after the game, according to MLB.com.
