Roche lags in fundraising

Posted by Craig Jarvis on April 18, 2014

Campaign finance numbers are in for Frank Roche, the former conservative radio show host who is running against U.S. Rep. Renee Ellmers.

He warned Dome earlier this month that his fundraising efforts for the first three months this year would be “below our expectations.”

In fact, the Cary Republican raised just $17,551, and has $8,842 left over.

Ellmers, a Republican from Dunn, reports raising $324,330, and has $433,787 cash on hand.
