Video: Bull City Sculpture Show

Sculptor Michael Waller pours molten bronze into a sand/resin cast Saturday at the Liberty Arts foundry at the George Watts Hill Pavilion in Durham.

The pouring was part of the Bull City Sculpture Show, a large scale public art show in Durham which presented 12 sculptures from artists throughout the United States.

Waller was casting 22 medallions to be given as gifts to the show’s contributors to the show.

In the video, Waller and his crew pour the bronze plaques. The demonstration was part of the Bull City Sculpture Show.
