Raleigh man charged in $64,000 recycling embezzlement case

— A Raleigh man is accused of stealing about $64,000 from Raleigh Metal Recycling, according to an arrest warrant.

Diego Armando Arciniega, 22, was arrested Wednesday on a felony embezzlement charge, the warrant states.

The warrant does not describe how the suspect is believed to have taken that money from his reported employer.

He also is accused of a felony conspiracy involving at least six other people. The other suspects were not listed in Wednesday’s arrest records.

Arciniega’s bail requirement was not immediately available in public records.
