Mets recall Campbell, option Satin

Flushing, NY (SportsNetwork.com) - The New York Mets recalled infielder Eric Campbell from Triple-A Las Vegas Saturday and optioned infielder Josh Satin to Las Vegas.

Campbell batted .355 with three home runs, 15 doubles and 24 RBI in 33 games at Las Vegas this season to earn his first call-up to the majors.

Satin hit a meager .107 with two doubles and three RBI in 15 games for the Mets this season.

New York also outrighted infielder Omar Quintanilla to Las Vegas prior to Saturday's game against the Philadelphia Phillies at Citi Field.
