Michael A. Cadet, 29, of Raleigh has been indicted for assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill inflicting serious injury and discharging a weapon into an occupied vehicle and causing serious injury.
He is scheduled to go to trial June 9, according to state court records.
Hany Mousa Shehadah, 35, of Rocky Mount was shot in the face in that incident, which happened about 3:15 a.m. on Aug. 16.
A second man was wounded in the hand, police said.
When they were obtaining search warrants for their investigation, Raleigh detectives told a magistrate that Shehadah had been shot at by security staff from the club, though they did not state directly that Cadet worked there.
