Increasingly, podcasts are how we consume entertainment and information, perhaps while exercising, doing chores or on long commutes. So maybe it’s time some of us ( ahem) set aside those empty-calorie podcasts (I’m looking at you, Pop Culture Happy Hour and WTF with Marc Maron) and sample something a little more beneficial to our health and wellness.
