What’s your favorite health and wellness podcast?

June 2, 2014

Increasingly, podcasts are how we consume entertainment and information, perhaps while exercising, doing chores or on long commutes. So maybe it’s time some of us ( ahem) set aside those empty-calorie podcasts (I’m looking at you, Pop Culture Happy Hour and WTF with Marc Maron) and sample something a little more beneficial to our health and wellness.

Do you have recommendations? Maybe we should check out Nutrition Diva (“Can Whole Milk Keep You Thin?”) or Body Do-Over (“Love Handles and Cellulite, Be Gone!”). Or maybe a little self-help motivation from The Charged Life (“Broken Dreams and Burritos”).

You tell us your favorites (email bcain@newsobserver.com) and we’ll give them a try – and share the results with readers in a couple of weeks. If we use your suggestion, we’ll send you a small token of thanks.
