Kroger deals, June 4-10

Posted by Amy Dunn on June 4, 2014

  • Kroger savings tips:

*Kroger stores in the Mid-Atlantic region, which includes the Triangle, do NOT double coupons. Read about the coupon policy change HERE.

*Up to five identical coupons may be used in a single order, but there's no limit on the total number of coupons you may use.

*During Kroger's frequent 10 for $10 sales, you DON'T have to buy all ten to score the deal. Each item is individually priced at $1.

*Kroger offers digital coupons, which you may load onto your loyalty card. The digital coupons do NOT double and may NOT be combined with paper coupons. Set up an account on Kroger.com.

*Seniors save 5 percent on their total grocery bill every Tuesday.

*Click HERE to print coupons from The N&O's Find N Save coupon page powered by Coupons.com.

Look for good deals at Kroger this week on bacon, chicken, a variety of produce, Kroger canned beans and tomatoes, Kroger soda, Turkey Hill ice cream, Kraft barbecue sauce, Quaker Big and Chewy bars, Knorr Sides, Oscar Mayer bologna and Pepsi 6-packs of soda.

There are also opportunities to score double and quadruple points for discounts on gasoline, and a sale on Blue Rhino propane tank exchanges that you can pair with a mail-in rebate.

Keep reading for all of this week's top deals at Triangle-area Kroger stores.

This week's coupon match-ups and promotion deals:

2X fuel points weekend: Shop Friday, Saturday or Sunday and earn double fuel points on your purchases when you download a digital Kroger coupon.

Digital Friday freebie: There’s no Friday freebie listed in the ad this week.

Buy 5, Save $5 promotion: Save $5 instantly at the register when you buy any five participating products. That amounts to a $1 discount per item. Check the lists below for the best deals. You must purchase in multiples of four to get the discount.

4X fuel points promotion on gift cards: Through June 17, you’ll earn quadruple fuel points on the purchase of gift cards to major retailers at Kroger. Example: Purchase a $100 gift card to Target and you’ll receive 400 fuel points, which is enough to shave 40 cents off per gallon of gasoline at a Kroger gas station. This is one of my favorite promotions and it’s perfect timing for Father’s Day and graduation shopping. Read this post about how I maximized my Kroger fuel points to save on gasoline.
