College of Textiles creates dye library

Max A. Weaver, a North Carolina chemist and inventor, who worked for the Eastman Chemical Co. donated 98,000 dye and fabric samples to the NC State College of Textiles. The school named a library after him and will spend two years cataloging an online database.
