• Creating its bracelets from crystals, semi-precious stones and other materials sourced from around the globe, Brace URself uses its jewelry to benefit a good cause, with a portion of its proceeds going to the Alzheimers Association. Score a deal on locally made Raleigh Denim jeans and celebrate the new season at Raleigh Denim Workshops Summer Fete, from 10:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday at their downtown Raleigh location. Attendees find bargains during the seconds and samples sale from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., shop swimwear from the Faherty Brothers in their beach house on wheels from noon to 6 p.m. and enjoy live music from the band Tonk at 2:30 p.m. The Dear Hearts vintage shop on wheels will be on hand, Arrow Barber Shop will offer complimentary cuts and shaves, and food and beverages will be available from local businesses.
