CVS deal alert: Score two free $10 gas cards when you buy Dial products

Posted by Amy Dunn on June 20, 2014

Heads up, CVS shoppers, on a steal of a deal coming up this Sunday, June 22.

After coupons, rebates and special promotions, you can score two free $10 gift cards for gasoline -- just in time for summer travel.

According to the sneak peek of the ad, which is already posted on CVS.com, Dial Complete foaming hand soap, Dial body wash and Right Guard Total Defense body wash are all on sale -- BOGO (Buy One, Get One Free).

It’s also part of the CVS summer gasoline gift card promotion.

With the help of paper coupons, a second gas card promotion being offered by Dial and Ibotta cash-back credits, you can actually make money buying Dial and Right Guard products.

Here’s the deal:

Buy a combination of Right Guard body wash, Dial for Men body washes, regular Dial body washes, 6-pack bar soaps, 3-pack bar soaps and Dial Complete foaming hand soaps that will total as close to $30 as you can get.

This total is AFTER sales but BEFORE coupons.

Use a combination of these coupons, all from the 6/15 Red Plum:

Buy 2, Get 1 Free Dial, Dial for Men, Tone body wash ( 6 oz. or larger or 6-bar pack or larger) (Coupon value is up to $4.49)

$2/2 Right Guard Total Defense

$1/2 Dial Kids Body + Hair Washes, Deep Cleansing Hand Soaps (8 oz.), Foaming Hand Soaps, Liquid Hand Soap Refills or Bar Soaps (3-bar or larger)

After coupons and sales, you will spend about $17 out-of-pocket, but you’ll also be receiving a $10 gasoline gift card at the register.

Next, once you’ve made your purchase, submit your receipt for up to $3 in Ibotta credits, which are on Dial body wash, Dial bar soaps and Dial for Men.

Then, submit your receipt for a Dial Henkel rebate for an additional $10 gasoline gift card. For details, go to dialsoaprewards.com.

After everything is said and done, the deal is a moneymaker!

To lower your inital out-of-pocket expense even further, remember to use any Extra Care Bucks you might have previously earned at CVS.

AND, if you have attended any of my coupon workshops, be sure to use the $5/$20 CVS coupon that everyone received in their free copy of the Attractions coupon book.

This is a grand slam of a deal in the coupon world, folks.
