In response to the June 13 letter “Stuck with plan”: I too purchased health care with Coventry and have had no problems with it whatsoever.
It is true that I do have to wait to talk to someone and that phone trees are annoying (but everything we call now is a phone tree), but after I got my confirmation in the mail along with my card, Coventry has been great. I’ve had no problems at all with them.
If someone needs information about a procedure, it’s best to ask the doctor’s office to find out. I’ve had my health care with Coventry for five months, and I am truly convinced that this thing is working. I know it’s not perfect yet, but we’re going to work on it to make it better, and it will get better.
I thank President Obama every day that I can see my doctor and get my meds at a resonable price. It’s working.
