Patricia Watterworth: Being reasonable

July 5, 2014

Let’s be practical. What criteria will be used and who will define “reasonable limits” (a proposed constitutional amendment) on the amount of money that people can spend on election campaigns? Self-serving politicians? Activist judges? Self-serving lawyers? Closed shop unions? Community organizations such as ACORN? Self-serving university professors? Self-serving newspapers? TV “news” programs? Ad agencies? Hollywood stars? Church pastors? George Soros?

Just asking.
