The 90s: The Last Great Decade? (9pm, National Geographic Channel) - The first of a three-part docu-series recounting the people and events important in the 1990s, such as the the Gulf War, Bill Clinton, Kurt Cobain and the Los Angeles Riots. Part two airs at 9 p.m. Monday and the final installment at 9 p.m. Tuesday.

Miley Cyrus: Bangerz Tour (9pm, NBC) - Get a backstage look at Miley on her “Bangerz” global tour, which includes stops in Barcelona, Spain and Portugal.

Talking Dead (9pm, AMC) - Chris Hardwick hosts a behind-the-scenes look at the upcoming fifth season of “The Walking Dead,” which guests Scott M. Gimple (the series’ executive producer) and actress Aisha Tyler.

Witches of East End (9pm, Lifetime) - Season 2 begins with the Beauchamp witches fearing that a mystical presence crossed over to their world when the portal opened.

Unforgettable (10pm, CBS) - Carrie and Al investigate when a championship boxer is beaten to death. The probe focuses on the victim’s past and why he apparently didn’t defend himself or fight his attacker.

Falling Skies (10pm, TNT) - The 2nd Mass orchestrates a complex scheme to escape from the Espheni Ghetto, but Matt tries to dissuade Mira from taking part in the risky plan.
