Triangle's rains cause flooding, power outages in Raleigh, Clayton

A driver needed to be rescued on Raleigh's Hillsborough Street, traffic signals were knocked out in downtown Raleigh, power was disrupted elsewhere, and there was extensive flash flooding near a Clayton dealership amid heavy rains and storms Thursday, ABC11 Eyewitness News reported.
