RALEIGH, N.C. — North Carolina Gov. Pat McCrory is now a member of the executive panel that oversees the National Governors Association.
The association announced that for the next year, McCrory is one of nine members of the executive committee of the bipartisan governors' group, led by Colorado Gov. John Hickenlooper. The announcement came over the weekend at the association's summer meeting in Nashville, Tennessee.
McCrory previously served on the association's Economic Development and Commerce Committee.
