Score free school supplies at Target

Posted by Amy Dunn on July 14, 2014

Target is offering a generous coupon right now that is good news for cash-strapped parents and teachers in search of bargain school supplies.

The coupon is for $1.50 off three Up & Up school or office supplies.

The site is allowing you to print two coupons, which means you can easily parlay the coupon into six free or incredibly cheap school supplies.

This week, two-pocket portfolios are on sale for 50 cents each, which means you can get three free.

But a quick search of Target.com showed 100-count packages of unruled index cards are 49 cents and 2-count packages of pink erasers are 50 cents.

Or hold the coupon and wait for sales on different supplies in the coming weeks.

Since the coupon doesn’t expire until Aug. 16, you have the luxury of waiting.

Don’t delay, however, in printing the coupon. It could disappear at any time. It’s available on Target.com. Scroll to the bottom of the page and hit on the “coupons” link under “ways to save.”
