Could you please find the recipe for the Gazpacho served at Bistro 64 in Cary? My family and I have eaten there numerous times since its opening, and that is by far my favorite dish.

-- M.J., Cary

Tucked into the back corner of MacGregor Village Shopping Center, Bistro 64 (380-1322; www.bistro64.com) is Cary's premier fine dining destination. One taste of chef Randy Wilder's summer-fresh Tomato Gazpacho, and you'll understand why. Chef Wilder also shares his recipe for Peach-Blueberry Crisp with Almond Streusel Topping, another dish that takes advantage of the current harvest.
