closeI recently had lunch at Neomonde in Raleigh. They had the best Vegetable Lasagna I've ever tasted. I would kill for this recipe.

Thankfully, homicide won't be necessary. Mounir Saleh, who owns this popular Middle Eastern restaurant with his brothers Samir and Joseph, willingly parts with the recipe. Saleh even shares the secrets -- without so much as an arm-twisting -- of another Neomonde favorite, Couscous Salad.
