Three charged in Durham rape

DURHAM - Durham Police arrested three suspects Sunday, charging two of them with rape and kidnapping and the third with contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

Police were called early Sunday morning to 518 E. Club Blvd., where one suspect was taken into custody. Officers then went to 912 Rome Ave., where they said the crime took place.

Eliverio Angeles Valentine, 20, was charged with first-degree forcible rape and contributing to a delinquency of a minor. Eval Noe Valladaros, 29, was charged with contributing to delinquency of a minor.

The name of the third person arrested was not disclosed.
