WAKE FOREST - A recent Wake Forest-Rolesville High School graduate died early Sunday morning in a single-car crash.

Jarret Satchell, 18, slipped off the right side of Purnell Road in northern Wake County. He overcorrected, ran off the other side of the road and hit a pole and some trees, according to State Highway Patrol dispatchers. Troopers think alcohol was a factor.

Satchell graduated this spring.

No other cars or people were involved in the crash.
