The East defeated the West 107-102 in the annual McDonald's All American high school basketball game Wednesday night in Milwaukee.

In the girls game, the West routed the East 80-64.

Following is a look at how the players headed to area ACC schools fared:

ED DAVIS (UNC): A 6-foot-8 power forward from Richmond, Va., Davis scored 11 points for the East.

LARRY DREW (UNC): From Woodland Hills, Calif., the speedy point guard won the 3-point shooting contest Tuesday and scored seven in the game.

TYLER ZELLER (UNC): A 7-footer from Washington, Ind., the slightly built Zeller finished with six points.

ELLIOT WILLIAMS (DUKE): A shooting guard from Memphis, Tenn., Williams scored 10 points on 4-of-8 shooting plus two free throws.

AL-FAROUQ AMINU (WAKE FOREST): A forward from Norcross, Ga., Aminu missed all four of his shots.

CHAY SHEGOG (UNC): A 6-3 center from Stafford, Va., Shegog made 3 of 10 field-goal attempts for six points.

SHE'LA WHITE (UNC): A guard from Portsmouth, Va., White missed all four of her shots from the field.
