Duke's Amanda Blumenherst did it again.
The junior was named ACC women's golfer of the year for the third straight season on Tuesday. A day earlier, she became the first repeat winner of the Nancy Lopez Award, presented to the most outstanding female amateur golfer.
Also earning All-ACC honors from Duke were Jennifer Pandolfi, Jennie Lee and Alison Whitaker. Others area golfers chosen to the All-ACC team were North Carolina's Sydney Crane and N.C. State's Lauren Doughtie.
MORE GOLFATLANTIC SUN WOMEN: Campbell's Mary Mattson and Maite Ortiz de Pinedo were among five golfers chosen to the all-Atlantic Sun women's first team.
ATLANTIC SUN MEN: Fredric Sundberg of Campbell repeated as an All-Atlantic Sun first-team men's selection.
BASKETBALLECU LANDS MORROW: Darrius Morrow has signed to play at East Carolina, men's basketball coach Mack McCarthy said Tuesday. Morrow, a 6-foot-8, 250-pound senior from Decatur, Ga., originally signed with South Carolina, but he was granted his release after a coaching change.

ST. AUG'S COACH: St. Augustine's will hold a new conference today to introduce Lonnie Blow Jr. as its new men's coach.
BRIEFLY: West Virginia men's coach Bob Huggins will earn at least $20 million in guaranteed income over the next 10 years of his new contract. Details of the deal were released Tuesday.
* Former Montana State player Branden Miller was sentenced Tuesday to 120 years in prison in the shooting death of a suspected drug dealer.
* Sam Aubrey, who played on a national title team in 1946 and succeeded Henry Iba as Oklahoma State's coach, has died. He was 85.

BRIEFLY: Former Georgia Tech quarterback Joe Hamilton was charged with marijuana possession, driving under the influence of alcohol and hit-and-run early Tuesday, less than a week after he was hired as the school's assistant director of player personnel.
* Two former Mississippi State players were given suspended sentences for firing guns on campus in March. Oktibbeha County Circuit Court Judge Lee Howard gave Michael Brown two years suspended and Quinton Wesley three years suspended.
