Teen charged after Holly Springs jogger dies from injuries

Roberto Carlos Solis-Reyes, 18, of Apex has been charged with misdemeanor death by motor vehicle after the jogger he struck with his car last week died Monday from his injuries. Derek Macrae Davis, 37, of Holly Springs was jogging with his wife around 6:30 a.m. April 20 when he was hit.
