Former SEANC director Dana Cope indicted

Dana Cope, the former longtime head of the 55,000-member State Employees Association of North Carolina, was indicted Monday on felony charges related to $570,000 in spending for flight lessons, landscaping and other unauthorized purchases over a five-year period.
