Knowing your customers’ demographics is the key to meaningful marketing – and customer profiling unlocks the door. Customer profiling analyzes your customer database, using up to 14 criteria such as age, household income, geography and lifestyle segment. When you know the demographics of your best customers, you can find the “look-alikes” most interested in your mailings.
