One great event ... Two ways to advertise!

The Home Builders Association of Raleigh-Wake County’s annual Parade of Homes is the signature open house event in North Carolina, boasting hundreds of select homes open to the public for eight days each fall. The News & Observer Publishing Company, as a presenting sponsor, publishes two high-quality, exclusive publications to promote the tour and to guide prospective home buyers.

We’ll distribute more than 100,000 copies of the 2013 Parade of Homes Preview magazine with The News & Observer on September 28 – the first day of the Parade of Homes – and give away 22,000 copies of the 2013 Parade of Homes catalog at Parade homes. We’ll also post the contents of each publication online.

In addition to the tour catalog’s home renderings and maps, the award-winning Parade of Homes Preview will present profiles of local builders and building trends. These full-color, glossy publications about Raleigh-Wake County homes will appeal to readers eager to get back into the real estate market, along with everyone else interested in home design and decor.

You can be a part of the Parade of Homes by advertising in these attractive publications, which we’re previewing for you here. You need not be a Parade of Homes builder to come along – everyone benefits from this Parade.

Join the Parade today by calling your N&O account executive or 919-829-4600. Get more information about advertising in our exclusive Parade of Homes publications here (.pdf file).
