After 16 years, the Gresham Lake Antique Mall in Raleigh will close its doors at the end of this month.
Assistant manager Sheri Walker said she did not want to elaborate on the specific reasons, but attributed the closure to "financial reasons."
The antique mall, which is home to about 40 antique and vintage dealers, will close for good at 5:30 p.m. on Oct. 31.
Some of the dealers may surface at other antique marketplaces throughout the Triangle. But customers who wish to keep up with their favorite dealers should stop by soon, Walker said. The antique mall will have no way to track the dealers once they leave the building at 6917 Capital Blvd. Many are already holding sales and preparing to move.
"You need to do it now," she said.

The restaurant is in the old Padgett Station building at 401 E. Main St.
