Harold Glazer of H. Glazer Builder has been named Remodeler of the Year by the Home Builders Association of Raleigh and Wake County. In addition, H. Glazer Builder received four gold awards for remodeling projects in the categories of kitchens, bathrooms, decks and outdoor living.

Win Coleman of Coleman and Associates Commercial and Investment Real Estate Services of Raleigh has been awarded the Certified Commercial Investment Member designation by the CCIM Institute.

Creedmoor Partners won four 2008 Major Achievements in Marketing Excellence awards for its latest project, Hasentree Club, a golf course community near Falls Lake.

BBH Design staff were recognized in the N.C. Sustainable Building Design competition. Derek Lane, as part of N.C. State University's Planateers team, won second place. Toni Prate, as part of N.C. State University's ecollaborative team, won an honorable mention.

Fred Anderson Toyota received Toyota's Service and Parts Excellence Award, which recognizes dealership service departments for superior workmanship and strong commitment to quality.

Duke Corporate Education was ranked the world's No. 1 provider of custom executive education, according to the May edition of the Financial Times. Duke Corporate Education took first place in nine of 16 categories.

Chuck Norman, executive vice president of S&A Cherokee, was selected as one of two recipients for N.C. State Communications Alumni Circle's 2008 Outstanding Alumni Achievement Award. S&A Cherokee received a Pinnacle Business Award for steady growth and profitability at the Greater Raleigh Chamber of Commerce/RSM McGladrey celebration.
