Chamber chairman to present goals
The Greater Raleigh Chamber of Commerce, which meets tonight for its 120th annual meeting, will hear about this year's goals from its incoming chairman, WakeMed president Bill Atkinson.

Melinda Joyner has been promoted to executive director at Landquest Development in Raleigh. Joyner will serve as communications director, managing the creation of collateral campaigns, advertising programs and Web sites for all Landquest communities and enterprises.
Rita Stell was hired as senior accountant for Bobbitt Design Build's Raleigh office. She will be responsible for accounting functions that are necessary for the completion of Bobbitt's commercial construction projects.
