Sanders named warehouse manager

William Sanders has been named warehouse manager at Centrifuge Media, a multimedia, audiovisual and technology company in Morrisville.

David R. Fricke of Hunton & Williams in Raleigh was elected to the Law Alumni Council of Wake Forest University School of Law.

Ric J. Rojas was named vice president at Land Quest Development, a residential development firm that specializes in the acquisition, design, permitting and construction of East Coast communities.

Dana Minnick was hired as director of project management at Calvert Research in Cary, which works with early-stage companies to advance their lead biopharmaceuticals.

Kim Macalister was hired as executive vice president for operations at The Catevo Group, a marketing communications agency in Raleigh.

Kate M. Brooks joined Buric in Wilmington as a project consultant. Buric is a consulting firm for the construction industry.

Jake Potter joined Raleigh public relations firm MMI Associates as project coordinator.

Tammy Burgoon, who is based in Wilson at the Wooten Boulevard branch of BB&T, has been promoted to banking officer. Joseph Hoover, who is based at the Creedmoor Road branch, was promoted to assistant vice president. Robert Wirth, who is based at the branch at Beechleaf Court in Raleigh, was promoted to assistant vice president.

Shandon W. Herring joined patent law firm Jenkins, Wilson, Taylor & Hunt in Durham as an associate. Gregory A. Hunt, partner at the firm, has been named president of the Carolina Patent, Trademark, Copyright Law Association for the 2008-2009 term.

Kevin Corfield was hired as senior copywriter at Howard, Merrell & Partners, an advertising and branding firm in Raleigh.

Joe Mills joined Entrust Associates in Raleigh as a business broker. Entrust Associates are business brokers who specialize in representing small and medium-size businesses.

Bethany Williams has been hired as office manager for the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, Eastern North Carolina chapter.

Neil Bagchi was appointed director of business development for the Southeast United States at Nair & Co., which helps companies to expand overseas.

Scott Noble joined Heery International in Raleigh as senior architect. Heery International is an architecture, interior design, engineering, facility management, program management and construction management firm.

Daniel DeLeo was hired as general manager at Pool Professionals, a pool management, maintenance and repair company in Raleigh.
