* The FDA is expected to rule on an experimental migraine drug developed by Pozen of Chapel Hill and GlaxoSmithKline, the British drug maker with a U.S. headquarters in the Triangle. Analysts expect the drug, which some analysts predict will reach $1 billion in annual sales, to win approval.

* Jeff Stocks, CEO of staffing company Manpower's local office, will discuss how to develop career connections.
